The Role
Over a 3-year program, you’ll get to work across three 12-month rotations, in Supply Chain functions. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across Food Manufacturing and Plant Operations, Customer Service and Logistics within our commercial head office, with the final placement providing experience across Engineering, Procurement, Quality or our important Operations Centers.

Candidate Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines: Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have gained relevant experience through an internship or similar.
- This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
Other Information
- Start date: September 2026.
- Starting salary: £33,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Closing date for applications: midday Monday 12th October 2026.

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices on Wednesday 7th of December 2026. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
