The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Innovation Consultant to join our growing UKI End-to-End Value Chain team. This role offers early-career supply chain and procurement professionals the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programmes, work with leading technology platforms, and build consulting skills in a structured, supportive environment.
You will work across the concept-to-service value chain - from procurement reinvention and integrated planning to digital thread integration, resilient network design, and sustainability - bringing curiosity, analytical rigour, and a strong focus on client value from day one.

In this role, you will:
- Project delivery: Support supply chain and procurement transformation engagements through structured problem solving, hypothesis development, analysis, and recommendation building.
- Analytics: Conduct benchmarking, process diagnostics, spend analysis, inventory analysis, and supply network modelling to surface insights and quantify value.
- Client engagement: Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions, capturing requirements and translating findings into structured outputs.
- Client deliverables: Create clear, polished presentations, process maps, operating model designs, value cases, and implementation roadmaps.
- Assessments: Support end-to-end maturity assessments covering planning, procurement, resilience, sustainability, and data or technology readiness.
- Technology and AI: Help analyse, configure, or implement platforms such as Kinaxis, Coupa, Celonis, SAP S/4HANA, or o9, and explore how AI and agentic solutions can improve processes.
- Practice and learning: Contribute to thought leadership, offering assets and knowledge sharing while staying current on AI-enabled planning, digital twins, Scope 3, and emerging regulation.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience: 2-5 years in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or operations in a consulting, industry, or technology environment.
- Core knowledge: Understanding of concepts such as S&OP/IBP, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, inventory optimisation, demand planning, or logistics network design.
- Technology exposure: Experience with SAP, planning tools, procurement platforms, analytics tools, or process-mining solutions is valuable.
- AI confidence: Comfort using AI in day-to-day work and a practical interest in how AI and agentic solutions can reinvent supply chain, procurement, and engineering.
- Analytical capability: Confidence working with large datasets and building models in Excel, Python, or similar tools to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Broader perspective: Interest in resilience, decarbonisation, circularity, and regulatory requirements such as EUDR and CSDDD.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to produce well-structured deliverables and present findings with confidence.
- Education and mobility: A relevant degree is expected; APICS CPIM, CIPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a bonus. Willingness to travel to client sites is required.
