Location: London

Career Level: Manager

Salary: Competitive, plus benefits.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Innovation Manager to join our UKI End-to-End Value Chain team and lead meaningful transformation across supply chain, procurement, operations, and enterprise service delivery. You will move confidently between analytical problem solving, senior stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership - structuring complex work, turning insight into action, and developing high-performing teams.

Working across Advisory & Value Frameworks, End-to-End Operating Model Reinvention, Global Business Services (GBS) strategy and design, End-to-End Process Agentification, Connected Digital Twins, Digital Thread integration, and Resilient & Sustainable Value Chains, you will help clients connect strategy, process, organisation, data, and technology across the concept-to-service lifecycle.

Why this role:

  • Work on large-scale value chain, operating model, and GBS reinvention programmes with access to leading technology platforms, global expertise, and ecosystem partners.
  • Meaningful responsibility for client outcomes, team development, and the continued growth of the UKI Value Chain practice.

In this role you will:

  • Engagement leadership: Manage complex consulting engagements or workstreams, taking accountability for scope, quality, timelines, team performance, and client outcomes.
  • Diagnostics and value case: Structure End-to-End diagnostics and develop evidence-based value cases for operating model and GBS transformation, quantifying productivity, service, customer, working-capital, and AI-enabled benefits.
  • Client engagement: Lead workshops and interviews with CPO, CSCO, GBS, and operational stakeholders, converting diverse perspectives into clear decisions and actionable recommendations.
  • Operating model and GBS design: Lead the design of End-to-End target operating models and GBS strategies, defining service scope, organisational structures, governance, service delivery, location and sourcing choices, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Technology and AI: Translate the potential of AI, agentic solutions, and digital platforms into practical solution designs, working with tools such as Kinaxis, o9, Coupa, Ariba, Celonis, and SAP.
  • Business growth: Support account development and commercial pursuits by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, developing compelling narratives, and contributing to client presentations.
  • People and practice: Coach junior colleagues and strengthen the Value Chain community through thought leadership, reusable assets, offering development, and knowledge sharing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
