We’re looking for a Supply Chain Lead to lead and develop our Supply Chain team, ensuring we provide an efficient, accurate and customer-focused service to our customers and partners.

This is a varied operational leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, stock and product management, supplier relationships, order fulfilment and local IT support. You’ll use operational data and customer insight to identify opportunities for improvement, solve problems and help the team consistently deliver a right-first-time service.

You’ll also play an important role in developing your team, improving our ways of working and building strong relationships with suppliers, partners and teams across the wider business.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, managing performance, coaching colleagues, holding regular 1:1s and supporting individual development to ensure the team delivers against agreed targets and service levels.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, monitoring key operational measures, identifying delays or bottlenecks and resolving more complex escalations to support efficient order fulfilment.
• Manage stock and product activities, including inventory levels, sales run rates, purchase forecasting, purchase orders, stock rotation, product codes, specifications, pricing and product availability.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, maximising product availability and supporting the timely resolution of operational issues.
• Use data and customer feedback to improve performance, reviewing operational measures, customer journeys and NPS feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the customer and partner experience.
• Coordinate local IT support and hardware requirements, providing frontline support where appropriate, maintaining ready-to-deploy laptops, supporting new starters and coordinating hardware repairs and replacements.
• Own and maintain operational procedures, ensuring processes are accurate, up to date and appropriately documented, while developing cross-training and self-service materials to support customers, partners and colleagues.
• Promote a right-first-time and continuous improvement culture, taking ownership of issues, improving ways of working and ensuring information and requests are accurate and complete.
