What We Do

At Heat Geek, we are tackling one of the UK’s biggest carbon contributors: home heating. Nearly 20% of all UK carbon emissions stems from home heating – and that contribution is even bigger on a global scale. At Heat Geek, we are changing that. By simplifying a traditionally complex industry and revolutionising the technology used by installers, we’re making low-carbon heating mainstream. We have already prevented over 2,500 metric tonnes of carbon from entering our atmosphere as of May 2026, and we aren’t stopping there!

Join Us!

People are at the core of who we are and what we do. From decreasing homeowners' energy bills to help with the cost of living, to empowering talented heating engineers to perform outstanding installations, to ensuring a greener world for all of us, we believe in the power of what we can all do together. And we need passionate, talented, hard working people to be a part of this journey.

Your Mission

Our Heat Geek team is excited to hire a Supply Chain Lead to help build a best-in-class supply chain for heat pump technology. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership: you'll manage our existing supplier relationships, keep them performing well, and continue developing the supply base as the business grows.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating with real uncertainty. You'll be judged on how well the supply chain performs day to day, and how well it holds up under pressure.

If you're reading this and it resonates with you, we know that you are talented and could do this work anywhere. But we want you to do it HERE, with us, because we need persevering teammates who care about making a real difference in the world.

Role Outputs

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Manage our supply chain relationships with manufacturers, merchants, and key suppliers to ensure performance as the business grows
  • Ensure the products we work with meet high standards of efficiency, quality, and install outcomes
  • Negotiate strong commercial terms across our supplier base without compromising quality or compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
