About the Role
The Supply Chain Lead is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for all products manufactured onsite, ensuring products are supplied efficiently to customers in the UK and global markets, including products marketed under different brands. Acting as the central point of coordination between Global Demand Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, Global Sourcing and Site Leadership, the role ensures demand, supply, capacity and material availability remain aligned to meet customer requirements across local and global markets.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Management
Own the end-to-end supply chain for products manufactured at the site, ensuring demand is translated into an effective supply plan from procurement through to customer fulfilment.
Demand & Business Alignment
Act as the key interface between local and global Demand Planning, ensuring all customer demand, forecast changes and business priorities are communicated through the agreed demand planning process. Ensure the operation executes against a single, agreed demand plan provided by the Global Demand Planning team. Challenge and resolve any disconnect between commercial requirements and the agreed demand plan before it impacts procurement or manufacturing.
Planning & Capacity
Work closely with local leadership to ensure manufacturing and cleanroom capacity plans support the agreed demand plan. Balance customer demand with operational capability, identifying capacity constraints and driving actions to maintain customer service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
