JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for driving Pizza Hut Europe's value creation agenda whilst serving as the primary Supply Chain partner to our European Master Franchised markets.

The role is accountable for identifying, prioritizing and delivering initiatives that improve business performance, franchisee economics, supply resilience, quality and sustainable growth across the region. Acting as the link between European markets and the wider Supply Chain organization, the role will provide leadership and support on critical market projects, continuity planning, risk mitigation and supply chain strategy execution.

Working across Supply Chain, Procurement, Brand, Product, Finance and Operations, this leader will translate data and insights into clear recommendations, build a robust pipeline of value creation opportunities, and ensure coordinated delivery across markets and functions.

The role will also lead engagement with franchisees on the value agenda, providing clear communication, reporting and governance to demonstrate Supply Chain's contribution to business performance, while balancing regional scale, local market needs and brand strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Supply Chain Support for European Markets

  • Act as the primary Supply Chain partner to Pizza Hut's European Master Franchise markets, providing leadership and support on strategic, operational and continuity priorities.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain support across key market initiatives, ensuring alignment between regional, global and local stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership on supply continuity, risk management and resilience planning across the region.
  • Support markets through supply disruptions, business changes and contingency planning, ensuring effective communication and rapid issue resolution.
  • Drive collaboration across markets to improve network resilience, stock sharing and operational flexibility.

Support Cross-Functional Projects

  • Represent and lead Supply Chain workstreams in priority regional projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through implementation.
  • Support major transformation initiatives including menu innovation, product launches, manufacturing changes, restaurant format evolution and network optimisation.
  • Lead Supply Chain input into projects to ensure decisions balance customer experience, operational practicality, cost, quality and supply resilience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and realise expected benefits.

Franchisee Engagement & Communications

  • Lead Supply Chain communications to franchisees, providing clear updates on commodity trends, pricing movements, supply risks, key projects and regional performance.
  • Develop reporting and communications that demonstrate Supply Chain's contribution to profitability, growth, resilience and franchisee economics.
  • Own the measurement, reporting and communication of Supply Chain value delivered to franchisees, ensuring benefits are tracked, reported and clearly understood.
  • Act as an ambassador for Cost of Sales and Value Creation initiatives across the region.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and the wider Supply Chain team, facilitating issue resolution and feedback.

Value Creation Strategy & Prioritization

  • Lead the regional value creation programme, building and maintaining a prioritized pipeline of opportunities that improve profitability, quality, supply resilience and franchisee economics, in partnership with Procurement, Product, Operations and Finance.
  • Create and champion a consistent, data-led approach to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investment and measure benefits.
  • Support annual planning processes and ensure value creation initiatives align with broader business objectives.

Programme & Project Delivery

  • Lead high-priority initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, market handover and post-launch benefit tracking.
  • Own programme governance, ensuring clear milestones, accountability, risk management and decision-making processes.
  • Drive execution through strong project management, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish tools, reporting and routines that improve visibility, pace and accountability across projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, consulting, strategy or business transformation, ideally within food, retail or hospitality.
  • Proven experience delivering value through cross-functional programmes, procurement initiatives or business improvement.
  • Strong commercial and financial judgement, with the ability to build business cases and connect initiatives to sales and profitability.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of bringing structure, pace and clarity to complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to turn complex information into a clear and simple narrative for senior leaders, franchisees and cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative working style, able to balance different priorities and deliver through others.
  • Strong digital and analytical fluency, using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools to turn data into insights, strengthen decisions and accelerate delivery.
