Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
About Equinox Kombucha
Equinox Kombucha is an ambitious, growing FMCG drinks business making award-winning organic kombucha and other great-tasting functional drinks.
We produce a growing range of bottled and canned kombucha across multiple flavours and formats, supplying customers through direct-to-consumer, wholesale, retail and export channels.
Our ambition is to build Equinox into one of the leading independent drinks brands in the UK and beyond. To do that, we need an exceptional supply chain that is organised, responsive and commercially focused.
We are looking for a highly organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of our supply chain and customer fulfilment activities.
The Role
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business. You will be the key link between suppliers, production, warehouse/operations, transport providers, customers and the wider commercial team, making sure the right materials arrive at the right time and that finished products are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
You will manage orders from receipt through to delivery, working across individual customers, wholesale customers, major retailers and export accounts.
The role requires someone who is naturally organised, commercially aware and comfortable dealing with a high volume of moving parts. You will need to be able to spot problems before they become problems, communicate clearly and take ownership of getting things resolved.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day coordination of customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
- Build effective day-to-day relationships with raw-material, packaging, warehouse and transport suppliers.
- Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages and discrepancies quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of service for our customers and help drive strong OTIF (On Time In Full) performance.
- Manage appropriate stock levels across various locations including 3PL and online marketplace sites.
- Coordinate exports by arranging appropriate customs documentation and certification for each shipment.
- Track delivery trends to proactively reduce any issues or delays.
- Coordinate all inbound deliveries of raw materials, ingredients and packaging.
- Create and maintain a schedule for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Help ensure production never runs short of critical raw materials or packaging.
- Highlight potential supply constraints, stock shortages or capacity issues before they affect customers.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve communication and make the supply chain more efficient.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy operation and takes genuine ownership of getting things done.
You will ideally have experience in supply chain, logistics, FMCG, purchasing or operations, although we are more interested in the right combination of organisation, attitude and problem-solving ability than a particular career history.
Skills Required:
- Highly organised and exceptionally good at managing multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Confident communicating with suppliers, customers, hauliers and internal teams.
- Commercially aware and conscious of the impact of supply-chain decisions on customers and the business.
- Confident using Excel and other business systems.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and schedules.
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise when several things need attention at once.
- A natural problem solver who takes ownership rather than passing problems on.
- Happy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial FMCG environment where things can change quickly.

Experience that would be advantageous
- Experience in FMCG, food or beverage.
- Experience working with retailers or wholesale customers.
- Experience with export orders.
- Experience with 3PLs, couriers or transport providers.
- Experience with retailer portals or EDI.
- Knowledge of OTIF and other FMCG supply-chain KPIs.
