About You
We’re a fast-paced, high-growth fashion brand on an exciting journey, and we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Supply Chain & Logistics Lead to join our dynamic team. The role will have responsibility to lead and optimise the end-to-end operational supply chain, from supplier onboarding through to customer fulfilment and reverse logistics across all sales channels.
As part of the Finance & Operations team, this highly collaborative role requires strong operational leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Garment Tech, Retail, Digital, Customer Services and external logistics partners.
The role needs to ensure the operational infrastructure, governance, systems, partners and commercial frameworks required to support our ambitious growth plans are scalable, controlled and commercially effective.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in the development and implementation of our international logistics strategy including the setting up of US and European distribution centres to support the next stage of our growth story.
Key Responsibilities
3PL Management
- Own the operational relationship and day-to-day performance of the third-party UK distribution centre across all channels of Online, Retail Stores, Wholesale and Marketplaces
- Establish and monitor clear operational KPIs, SLAs and standard operating procedures with the 3PL and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Ensure channel-specific service requirements and partner delivery SLAs are consistently achieved
- Manage logistics costs and drive continuous improvement across inbound, storage, pick/pack, dispatch, returns and inventory processes.
- Provide regular forecasts from the various teams to ensure the DC can flex effectively around seasonal peaks, promotions and business growth.
- Manage operational reviews and provide insightful performance reporting back to the senior leadership team.
- Lead the development and optimisation of international distribution solutions

Supply Chain Management
- Own the operational onboarding and ongoing compliance framework for suppliers
- Support negotiations with suppliers regarding shipping Incoterms and ensure buying and merch teams use appropriate duty and freight assumptions within product costings.
- Maintain supplier operating manuals to ensure they understand shipping, booking, packaging, labelling, documentation and delivery requirements
- Monitor supplier compliance and drive corrective action for recurring issues
- Ensure supply chain data within NetSuite and related WMS systems support accurate and scalable execution
Carrier & Transport Management
- Strong experience managing multiple carriers and courier partners across domestic and international markets.
- Lead carrier selection, tendering, contract negotiation and performance management.
- Manage international freight, customs, duties and cross-border requirements
- Monitor carrier KPIs including cost, delivery performance, claims, failed deliveries and customer experience.
- Continually review the carrier network to ensure it remains competitive, resilient and scalable.

EPR & Sustainability
- Own and develop the company’s EPR packaging compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate packaging data, reporting and registration requirements are maintained across relevant markets.
- Work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability.
- Stay up to date with evolving UK and EU packaging legislation and ensure the business remains compliant.
Experience & Skills
- Significant senior logistics/supply chain experience, ideally within fashion, apparel, retail or a similar fast-moving consumer goods environment.
- Strong experience managing a 3PL distribution centre in the UK and preferably across multiple international locations
- Proven omnichannel experience across online, retail and wholesale fulfilment.
- Experience managing carriers and international freight and all aspects of cross-border logistics.
- Strong understanding of inventory flows, fulfilment, delivery and returns operations.
- Experience managing logistics budgets and delivering cost efficiencies.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to use data to drive operational improvement and commercial decisions and negotiations.
- Knowledge and practical experience of EPR packaging legislation/compliance and other sustainability reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong people leadership and team-building capabilities.
