📍 London/hybrid 2-3 days in the office
💸 Salary up to £55k + bonus
Ignite is thrilled to partner with a fast-growing drinks challenger brand that are shaking up the drinks industry, selling across D2C and retail in the UK & US. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business at a pivotal stage of growth, taking ownership of the operational engine that keeps the business moving.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the founders, driving end-to-end supply chain operations across production, inventory, warehousing and customer fulfillment. You'll play a key role in ensuring products reach customers efficiently, margins are protected, and operational processes continue to scale alongside the business.
What skills you need to be considered:
- Proven experience within supply chain, operations, production planning or logistics management
- Experience managing external partners including manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses and 3PL providers
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of margin, costs and inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or inventory management systems
- Ability to turn complex operational data into clear business recommendations
- Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment with high levels of ownership
