Supply Chain Manager - Engineering

Privately Owned Engineering Manufacturer

£50,000 - £70,000 Plus Benefits

Ready to take full ownership of an engineering procurement function and make a visible impact?

This growing manufacturing business is looking for a sharp, commercially driven Supply Chain Manager with a background in Engineering to lead a team of Buyers and Planners, whilst strengthening supplier performance, and overseeing the production facility.

  • Engineering parts, materials, tooling & services procurement
  • On-time material availability (critical to production success)
  • Supplier sourcing, onboarding & performance reviews
  • Cost savings, contract negotiation & commercial improvement
  • MRP management (BC) and accurate pricing data
  • Leadership, coaching & KPI-driven team development
