Supply Chain Manager - Engineering

£50,000 - £70,000 Plus Benefits
Ready to take full ownership of an engineering procurement function and make a visible impact?
This growing manufacturing business is looking for a sharp, commercially driven Supply Chain Manager with a background in Engineering to lead a team of Buyers and Planners, whilst strengthening supplier performance, and overseeing the production facility.

What You’ll Own
- Engineering parts, materials, tooling & services procurement
- On-time material availability (critical to production success)
- Supplier sourcing, onboarding & performance reviews
- Cost savings, contract negotiation & commercial improvement
- MRP management (BC) and accurate pricing data
- Leadership, coaching & KPI-driven team development
Requirements
What You Bring
- Engineering buying background
- Proven team leadership
- Strong negotiation & supplier management skills
- MRP/ERP experience
- Drive, structure, and commercial sharpness
