Job Opportunity at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS)

At Amazon we believe that every day is still day one. A day to take a first step. A day to look forward to new challenges. And today is that day for you. It's your day to be part of something great. A day to make your ideas come to life. And your day to join a company that redefines itself every day. That's the energy and passion behind Amazon.

Are you interested in shaping the future of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) for our Surface Transportation operations? Do you want to work in a large scale organization, but with a start-up feeling? Do you want to create processes, operating models, and drive Amazon network improvements? EU Relay Operations Center (ROC) team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to help develop a world class middle mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost.

About the Role

The EU ROC Ops Tech Integration (OTI) Manager is responsible for ensuring ROC functions operate efficiently by enabling tech solutions across Disruption Management, ROCaaS, Inbound, and Fleet. This role sits at the intersection of operations and technology, managing the full lifecycle of feature requests from intake to post-deployment, influencing product long-term vision with Tech and WW partners, and ensuring alignment with EU requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end program lifecycle for tech integration initiatives across ROC, from intake and scoping through development, deployment, and post-launch tracking.
  • Manage new feature requests, coordinate deployment plans (including A/B testing), and ensure operational readiness for product changes.
  • Influence the product's long-term vision by partnering with Tech and WW stakeholders, ensuring EU requirements are represented.
  • Create, track, and report KPIs that measure product health and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Prototype in-house tech/AI solutions to address immediate operational requirements.
  • Support product expansion and onboarding of new customers and programs.
  • Write effective narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs) and present to directors and VPs. Contribute to OP1/OP2 planning.
  • Solve ambiguous problems, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and demonstrate good judgment in escalation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
