About the Role
We are seeking a degree-qualified Supply Chain Manager (Engineering, Business, or Finance discipline) with a strong analytical foundation in supply chain, demand planning, or production planning. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional data mastery across spreadsheets, cloud reporting, and AI tools, paired with the commercial gravitas to present directly to executive stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO.

The role combines strategic supply chain planning, material requirements planning, and logistics scheduling, with a focus on supporting rapid international expansion across European markets.
- Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain planning
- Interrogate production and inventory data
- Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Executive leadership teams to align supply capability with aggressive growth targets and cash flow management

This role acts as the analytical and operational powerhouse for the supply chain—leading materials planning, scheduling logistics, optimising cloud-based reporting, and managing key expansion projects as the brand establishes its presence across Germany, the Netherlands, and Ireland.
Location
Based in Suffolk (Monday – Friday, 4 days on-site).
Compensation
The package is £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + strong benefits (details available on discussion).
