Supply Chain Manager
Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm / Onsite / Newark
We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join Formula at an exciting time of growth and transformation. You'll take ownership of three critical functions: Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse, bringing them together under one leadership structure and helping create a more connected, high-performing operation.
As a member of the site leadership team, you'll also have genuine influence across the business, working closely with Sales, Production, Engineering and Procurement to ensure our customers receive a best-in-class service while driving operational excellence across the site.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its future. Over the next few years, you'll play a key role in several major initiatives, including the implementation of new ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central), continued development of our warehouse and supply chain capabilities and process improvement projects that will shape the future of our operations. You'll inherit a capable and established team, but we're looking for someone who can bring the functions closer together, develop people, improve ways of working and help raise performance to the next level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
