We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate the operational delivery of our supply chain, ensuring products are consistently available across all channels.
This role will be responsible for demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and retail fulfilment, ensuring efficient stock availability and smooth operations across the business. You will work closely with teams responsible for production, new product launches (NPD), and third-party logistics (3PL) to support seamless product flow, maintain service levels, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Coordination: Lead and coordinate all operational aspects of the supply chain for Skincare brand portfolios— fast-growing skincare brand expanding from e-commerce into major retail channels.
- Product Availability: Ensure consistent product availability through effective demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and retail fulfilment, while collaborating closely with teams managing production, new product introductions, and 3PL logistics.
- Demand Planning: Lead demand planning processes to support sales, marketing, and product launch forecasts.
- Product Flow Management: Monitor product flow from suppliers to warehouses and onward to customers and retail partners.
- New Product Launches: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply readiness for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Forecasting: Build and maintain accurate forecasts across e-commerce, Amazon, and retail channels.
- Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory to balance service levels and working capital.
- Sales Trend Analysis: Analyse sales trends to anticipate supply risks and adjust plans proactively.
- Lifecycle Inventory Management: Manage lifecycle inventory, including launches, promotions, and discontinuations.
- Procurement Coordination: Liaise with procurement teams to communicate production forecasts and packaging requirements.
- Supplier Management: Track purchase orders and ensure supplier performance meets timelines and quality expectations.
- Cost Optimization: Support cost optimization through better planning and supplier collaboration.
- Delivery Compliance: Ensure on-time, compliant delivery to major retail partners.
- Fulfilment Issue Resolution: Collaborate with 3PL and logistics teams to resolve fulfilment issues.
- Retail KPIs Monitoring: Monitor retail KPIs such as OTIF, case fill rate, and lead time, and implement corrective actions.
- Delivery Issue Resolution: Work with Sales Operations and Customer Service to address delivery-related issues.
- Inventory and Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate inventory and product data.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on supply, demand, and inventory performance for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Finance, and Product Development to align supply chain operations with business priorities.
- Operational Insights: Provide operational insights for financial forecasting, promotions, and planning.

- Experience: 5–8 years of supply chain, demand planning, or operations experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Retail Fulfilment Experience: Proven experience managing fulfilment for major retailers (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, Sephora).
- Multi-Channel Supply Operations: Experience managing multi-channel supply operations (e-commerce + retail).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply/demand planning. Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
