About the Company

YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware and precision metal solutions. Our Luxury Leather Goods Hardware business supports handbags, small leather goods, and accessories through product development, precision metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, quality management, and supply-chain coordination.

About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in London to support project-based collaboration with our luxury leather goods hardware business. The role is suited to professionals who understand luxury supply chains, supplier management, procurement, production planning, and the coordination required between brand teams and manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support supply-chain planning for luxury leather goods hardware projects.
  • Evaluate suppliers, manufacturing partners, lead times, and operational risks.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, product-development, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier responsiveness and supply-chain visibility.
  • Support supplier-performance and capacity discussions.
  • Provide insights into UK and European luxury supply-chain practices.
  • Support selected brand and supplier projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or production planning.
  • Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, accessories, metal hardware, or premium consumer products is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supplier and manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience working with international manufacturing networks is an advantage.
