The Role
This is a key role taking ownership of the European Supply Chain, helping to shape the strategy as the business continues to enter and grow within new markets.
The position offers a great combination of strategic and hands-on responsibility. You'll help develop the longer-term European supply chain strategy, while remaining close to day-to-day operations, managing 3PL partners, driving OTIF performance and ensuring restaurants have the products they need to operate successfully.

Responsibilities Include
- Leading and developing the supply chain strategy across growing European markets
- Managing key 3PL and logistics partners, building strong and collaborative relationships
- Driving OTIF, product availability and operational performance across the restaurant estate
- Working closely with Procurement, Technical and Operations to deliver an effective end-to-end supply chain
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service levels and supply chain efficiency as the business scales

Required Experience
- 6+ years' supply chain experience within hospitality or QSR
- Experience managing and developing 3PL and logistics partnerships
- Ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable in a hands-on operational role
- Excellent stakeholder, supplier and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, growing and entrepreneurial environment
