Supply Chain Manager – Food Manufacturing

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead a high-performing supply chain team, this could be the opportunity for you. We’re partnering with a fast-growing, industry-leading SME within food manufacturing, supplying some of the UK’s largest retailers.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll play a key role in driving end-to-end supply chain performance. You’ll be responsible for aligning demand and supply while ensuring the business can deliver consistently to major retail customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and manage the S&OP process, bringing together Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and support better decision-making across the business.
  • Be central to creating clarity and alignment in planning.
  • Own the end-to-end supply chain plan, translating demand forecasts into achievable production and supply plans, ensuring service levels are maintained while balancing operational efficiency.
