ABOUT GENFLOW

Genflow is a global creator-led commerce business that partners with some of the world’s biggest creators to build, launch and scale physical product brands.

We have been operating for over 10 years and have generated more than $100 million in sales. Behind our brands sits a full infrastructure covering product development, manufacturing, e-commerce, supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment and customer experience.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage the day-to-day supply chain across a portfolio of Genflow brands.

THE ROLE

This is a broad, hands-on supply chain role covering everything from pre-production and inbound freight through to warehousing, inventory management, fulfilment and delivery to the end customer.

You will work closely with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, freight forwarders, our UK warehouse, 3PL partners and internal brand teams to make sure products are produced, shipped, received and fulfilled efficiently and on time.

We are looking for a supply chain generalist who is comfortable getting involved across the entire operation rather than specialising in one individual area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across a portfolio of consumer brands
  • Coordinate inbound shipments from manufacturers and suppliers into UK warehouses and 3PLs
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, couriers and logistics partners
  • Manage air, sea and road freight, including quotations, bookings, documentation, tracking and delivery
  • Support customs clearance, commercial invoices, packing lists and import/export documentation
  • Manage warehouse and 3PL relationships, including inbound bookings, stock receiving, fulfilment and inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate visibility of inventory levels, inbound stock and stock availability across brands
  • Identify potential stock shortages, delays or supply chain risks and proactively resolve them
  • Coordinate packaging, labels, cartons and other components required ahead of production
  • Ensure SKUs, barcodes, carton configurations and product information are correctly set up before launch
  • Support the setup of new products and brands across Shopify, warehouse management systems and fulfilment platforms
  • Troubleshoot order flow, inventory and fulfilment issues between Shopify and warehouse systems
  • Monitor outbound fulfilment and last-mile delivery performance
  • Work with courier partners to resolve delivery issues and improve delivery speed, reliability and cost
  • Support the setup of new warehouses, 3PLs, markets and fulfilment processes as Genflow launches new brands
  • Maintain clear trackers for production, shipments, inventory and key operational priorities
  • Continuously improve processes, reduce logistics costs and build more scalable supply chain systems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
