Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Location: Central Belt, Scotland

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Bonus

The Role

Loom Talent are delighted to be supporting a leading supply chain and logistics organisation with the appointment of an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business operating within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement across a complex logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational performance across a complex logistics environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive service, cost, and quality improvements through effective performance management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to deliver best-in-class results.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with transport, warehousing, planning, and commercial teams.
  • Support operational change projects and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Ensure service delivery consistently meets customer expectations.

Key Experience

  • Experience managing large-scale logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of improving operational performance.
  • Experience leading operational teams through change and growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
