Supply Chain Operations Manager Europe [Pepsi Lipton International]

Location: Colworth Science Park Or Kingston
Work Level: 2B

Please note, this is a Pepsi Lipton role.

OVERVIEW

Pepsi Lipton International is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager Europe to support the end-to-end supply chain network across European markets. The role coordinates supply chain activities across a complex bottling network, ensures service excellence, drives productivity, supports strategic growth initiatives, and strengthens network resilience.

The position requires strong collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing and external bottling partners to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence across the European business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Strategy & Network Management

  • Support the development and execution of the European Supply Chain strategy.
  • Contribute to long-term network optimization and sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate supply chain initiatives across multiple manufacturing and bottling partners.

Capacity & Supply Planning

  • Lead capacity assessments and demand-capacity alignment activities.
  • Support business continuity through proactive scenario planning and capacity management.
  • Coordinate network responses to supply constraints and changing business requirements.

Service & Customer Excellence

  • Drive service level performance across European markets.
  • Monitor key operational indicators and coordinate corrective actions where required.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure reliable product availability.

Productivity & Cost Management

  • Lead and support productivity programs across the European supply chain network.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and simplify operations.
  • Support delivery of annual productivity commitments and savings initiatives.

Risk Management & Resilience

  • Develop and maintain supply chain resilience plans.
  • Support dual-sourcing and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Drive preparedness for supply disruptions and business continuity events.

Sustainability

  • Support implementation of sustainability initiatives and related supply chain strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability objectives into operations.

Strategic Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with bottling partners and contract manufacturers.
  • Support performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier network.
  • Act as a key interface between internal teams and external partners.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

  • Establish performance measurements and governance routines.
  • Support transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of supply chain projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing or Logistics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions and markets.
