RMI is a global provider of medical, health, safety, and clinical support services, delivering solutions in complex and remote environments worldwide. We support clients across energy, maritime, industrial, and infrastructure sectors by deploying highly skilled medical professionals to protect the health and wellbeing of their workforce—wherever the job takes them.

Supply Chain Operations Specialist

The Supply Chain Operations Specialist coordinates procurement, inventory, equipment, and logistics activity in support of RMI’s global operations. Acting as the central link between Operations, Finance, suppliers, logistics partners, IT, and field teams, the role ensures that medical supplies, operational equipment, and business assets are sourced, tracked, deployed, and managed efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.

The postholder maintains supply chain visibility, cost control, inventory accuracy, asset accountability, and equipment readiness across international projects and remote operating environments.

  • Review and resolve invoice, stock, and procurement discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support month-end reporting through accurate inventory valuations, stock reconciliations, asset records, and supplier spend analysis.
  • Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and compliance with purchasing controls and company policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
