About Caterers Choice

Caterers Choice is a family-owned business with over 30 years' experience importing canned and ambient foods from a global supplier base. We supply foodservice, wholesale, manufacturing and retail customers across the UK and Northern Ireland, offering own-label, customer-branded and supplier-branded products with a flexible, responsive service tailored to diverse market needs.

Join a stable, long-established team built on quality, reliability and strong supplier and customer relationships, and help shape how we plan and deliver for our customers.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Planner based in Huddersfield to plan and manage demand and inventory levels, keeping product available across our foodservice, wholesale, manufacturing and retail channels.

You'll forecast demand, coordinate production and purchasing plans, monitor stock levels, and adjust plans to hit service and cost targets, working closely with operations, sales and suppliers to resolve supply issues, optimise lead times, and keep our systems accurate. You'll also generate reports and insights that drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
