Supply Chain Planner – Own Brand

Bunzl Greenham – Isleworth
£38,000 per annum | Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

Bunzl Greenham is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Isleworth.

You will be responsible for stock forecasting, demand planning, ordering, and supplier management across a portfolio of Own Brand products. Working closely with Trading, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and suppliers, you will help ensure excellent product availability while maintaining efficient stock levels and controlling inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock forecasting and demand planning across Own Brand ranges
  • Analyse sales, stock, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage stock levels, ordering requirements, MOQs, lead times, and pack sizes
  • Manage import orders from purchase order through to receipt
  • Track inbound deliveries, container schedules, and pipeline stock
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and service levels
  • Maintain accurate system due dates, stock parameters, and master data
  • Produce regular sales, stock, and forecast reports
  • Identify slow-moving and obsolete stock and support stock optimisation
  • Provide analysis and insight to Trading and Commercial teams
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues
  • Support improvements in forecasting accuracy, product availability, and working capital

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Stock Planning, or Inventory Management
  • Experience of stock forecasting and demand planning techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach

Experience within a wholesale, distribution, or import environment would be desirable. A formal supply chain qualification such as CIPS would also be advantageous.
