Supply Chain Planner
📍 Spalding ¦ 🕒 Full Time
At Pilgrim's Europe, we're looking for an Supply Chain Planner to support the delivery of our end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, inventory and service. Working within our Central Planning team, you'll provide critical analysis, planning insight and cross-functional coordination to help deliver a balanced and achievable business plan.

What You'll Do
- Support short, medium and long-term integrated planning activities.
- Analyse demand, capacity, inventory and supply performance.
- Develop reporting, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
- Maintain planning data, systems and forecasting assumptions.
- Work closely with Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement and Agriculture teams.
- Support continuous improvement in planning performance, service and data quality.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain, production planning or operations planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within S&OP or integrated planning environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; planning systems experience is advantageous.
