Supply Chain Network Planner – The Vault Distribution Centre, Speke
Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
PLEASE NOTE - There may be the occasion whereby this shift pattern changes to include the occasional weekend or a later start/finish. This will be communicated to you in advance.

We’re looking for a detail orientated, self-motivated Supply Chain Network Planner to join our Distribution Centre in The Vault, Speke, Liverpool.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in a key operational area, which plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.

What you’ll be doing
Working as part of the Supply Chain Global Operations - Network Planning Team. We have an opportunity to join the team focused on making sure the network keeps flowing, by using data insights to make recommendations and decisions that efficiently and accurately move every case of stock into, through and out of our DCs, onto our delivery trucks and into our brilliant stores across the whole of the UK.
That’s hundreds of thousands of cases, thousands of pallets, hundreds of lorries….. every day!
Ensuring we are working within cost, capacity and OTIF targets, the planning team are at the heart of the network operation.
We are looking for someone with the following strengths to join the team….
- Confident and resilient personality who thrives when working in a friendly, yet fast-paced and time critical environment and who wants to develop personally
- Ability to understand complex data sets and be comfortable with balancing conflicting priorities and confident in making considered decisions
- Comfortable when working alone but also when communicating / presenting to stakeholders across the wider business up to Director level both in person and online
- Computer literate to a high standard, especially in MS365 applications (Teams / Sharepoint / Excel / CoPilot)
- Highly accurate when processing and analysing data to ensure outputs are correct
- Experience within or a good understanding of Transport and Distribution operations within a retail business desirable.
