Where We Need Your Help

The Supplier Planning Coordinator role is a 12-month opportunity to join our fast-paced team at a pivotal moment taking ownership of the analytical, coordination, and cross-functional workstreams that sit underneath it.

Alongside this, you'll take on day-to-day supplier coordination across our wider supply base, ensuring our beautiful product continues to be produced, delivered on time, and in line with our stringent commercial standards.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational, analytical, commercial and interpersonal skills, who can move at pace, work autonomously, and bring rigour to a multi-faceted role that spans project management, cost analysis, supplier coordination, and cross-functional delivery with our NPD, Operations and Merchandising teams.

What You’ll Do

Cost Analysis & Commercial Insight

  • Build and maintain detailed product cost breakdowns.
  • Model the impact of precious metal price movements and duty changes on product cost and margin, and flag risks and opportunities early.
  • Carry out in-depth product cost analysis and turn it into clear narratives, directional findings and recommended actions that inform negotiations and decisions.
  • Support with product cost reduction reporting: track savings delivered, maintain a pipeline of future opportunities, and check that agreed savings land in cost prices.
  • Coordinate special cost control and planning projects as directed.

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Analysis

  • Communicate monthly buy plans and forecasts to suppliers; analyse capacity against forecast, quantify gaps and risks.
  • Track and analyse supplier performance data, including on-time delivery, lead times and quality, to identify trends and early warning signs.
  • Lead data collection, analysis and insight packs for Supplier Annual Business Performance Reviews, telling a clear, evidence-based story of each supplier's performance.
  • Coordinate day-to-day raw materials planning, tracking raw material and component stocks against usage and plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Bring

Connect & Empower

  • Communicates Effectively: You translate complex data into clear, concise insight that non-analytical audiences can act on. Whether you're writing a cost summary, presenting findings to senior stakeholders or holding a conversation with a supplier, you adapt your message to the audience and lead with what matters. You act as a clear link between internal teams and external partners, share timely updates, ask clarifying questions and keep two-way communication flowing across NPD, Merchandising and Operations.
  • Collaborates Proactively: A helpful, hands-on team player, you approach a wide remit of responsibilities with a positive attitude. You willingly support colleagues across functions — from Merchandising and Design to Operations and NPD — to build alignment around shared goals, and you cultivate respectful, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and our external supply partners.

Drive & Deliver

  • Workflow Management: Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, you plan your own workload, adapt timelines as priorities shift, and set clear expectations with stakeholders to keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel. You bring strong project management skills with excellent critical path tracking — confidently coordinating workstreams within larger strategic projects as well as your own day-to-day deliverables — and you communicate progress proactively so the wider team always knows where things stand.
  • Dives Deep: Highly numerate and analytically rigorous, you're genuinely at home in the numbers. You have advanced Excel skills and use them with confidence to build cost models, run scenarios and work across large datasets. You check your own work carefully, reconcile data from different sources and verify the facts before drawing conclusions. You're equally comfortable interrogating a supplier cost breakdown, a forecast or a capacity plan, and you know which questions to ask to get beneath the surface.
  • Focuses on the Right Thing: You manage multiple priorities in tandem calmly and with ease, prioritising your work based on value and risk and adjusting your focus to remove blockers based on business need. You distinguish urgency from importance instinctively and know when to escalate so your effort is always pointed at the highest-impact work.
  • Delivers Results: A problem solver with common sense who stays calm under pressure, you are resilient and relentless in pursuit of your goals. You hold yourself to a high standard, meet deadlines with quality, flag blockers early, and follow through on commitments to both your team and our supply partners.

Grow & Adapt

  • Challenges & Commits: You speak up respectfully when you see a better way and bring a constructive point of view to commercial conversations — whether that's questioning a cost position with a supplier, flagging a risk to internal stakeholders, or proposing a different approach to a workstream. Once a decision is made, you commit fully behind the agreed plan.
  • Embraces Change: A self-starter who works autonomously and adapts quickly, you stay focused and seek clarity when priorities shift, and you help those around you maintain momentum through ambiguity. You're comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where plans flex frequently.

Master & Apply

  • Functional/Technical Expertise: Experienced and confident in cost analysis, project coordination tools, and the systems used to manage supplier data and critical paths. You bring a practical understanding of operational standards, supplier management, and budget tracking, and you can act as a go-to for colleagues on the tools and processes you use day to day. Open to learning the technical context of jewellery manufacturing and applying it quickly.
  • Applies Knowledge with Impact: You connect your analytical work to commercial outcomes, framing what the data is telling us in terms of cost, risk and opportunity rather than reporting in isolation. You spot real problems and propose practical solutions, and you understand how your day-to-day coordination underpins the wider project's commercial impact.
