What’s waiting for you after the programme?

Upon completing the programme, you'll transition into a permanent role within Supply Chain Planning.

From there, your development doesn’t stop. We’ll support you as you grow into more senior roles and take on greater responsibility. What do you need to apply?

You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with a demonstrable interest in supply chain.

Many of our programmes are subject to Security Clearance and Trade Control restrictions, which mean that your place of birth, nationality, citizenship, or residency you hold or have held may impact which programmes you are eligible for. For this programme, you must be able to achieve and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance. Where will you be based?

Places on our Supply Chain Planning programme for September 2027 are available in our Marine sector in Rosyth.

Our 320-acre Rosyth facility is home to one of the largest and most modern waterside advanced manufacturing and repair facilities in the UK. At Rosyth, we specialise in the design, build, and through-life support of complex naval and commercial marine assets.

Agile working is supported, but you’ll be expected to work on-site multiple times a week and will need to be on-site for operational planning.

By your start date, you must be able to reliably commute to the site. This will normally require living within a reasonable commuting distance of Rosyth or relocating before you join us.

Once you’ve successfully completed the programme, you’ll continue your career in the same location, so it’s worth considering this when applying.
