About the Role
As the Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will own the end-to-end supply chain planning function for Joybuy's 1P retail business across Europe. You will be responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and replenishment, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, in the right locations and at optimal inventory levels.

Working closely with Category Buying and Logistics, you will translate commercial priorities into effective supply plans, driving inventory performance, operational excellence and sustainable business growth across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end supply chain planning function for Joybuy's 1P retail business across Europe.
- Develop and execute demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory planning and replenishment strategies to support business growth.
- Translate commercial priorities and sales forecasts into purchasing and replenishment plans, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory investment.
- Define purchasing quantities, replenishment timing and inventory allocation across multiple European fulfillment centers.
- Optimize inventory performance by balancing product availability, inventory turnover, working capital and service levels.
- Manage purchase order execution, supplier deliveries and inbound inventory to ensure timely product availability.
- Partner closely with Category Buying, Logistics, Warehousing, Operations and Finance teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, product availability and supplier performance, driving continuous improvement across planning processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory productivity and supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning or Demand Planning.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end planning processes for a 1P (self-operated) retail business.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, purchasing planning, inventory optimization, replenishment planning and supplier management.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses and countries is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.
- English is the primary working language. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage but is not required.
