About the Role
As the Supply Chain Process & Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of understanding and mapping current processes across our regions, identifying opportunities to create a globally aligned future state. Working closely with programme teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business scenarios into clear, practical solutions that support evolving customer needs. You’ll represent Supply Chain within key design discussions, helping to shape decisions around fulfilment, order management, customer journeys and new capabilities, while ensuring plans, risks and dependencies are clearly understood and managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of understanding and mapping current processes across our regions
- Identify opportunities to create a globally aligned future state

- Translate complex business scenarios into clear, practical solutions
- Represent Supply Chain within key design discussions
- Help shape decisions around fulfilment, order management, customer journeys, and new capabilities
- Ensure plans, risks, and dependencies are clearly understood and managed
Requirements
- Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping, and project delivery within complex environments
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and turning ambiguity into clear direction
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational detail
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively with people at all levels
