Job Summary
The Supply Chain Process Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving process standardisation, system effectiveness, and continuous improvement across MSS International's global supply chain, with a particular focus on customer service, purchasing, inventory management, sales order management, warehousing, logistics, and planning. The role acts as a key business user and process specialist, ensuring that supply chain processes are clearly mapped and documented, consistently applied, and supported by accurate system parameters and master data. The Specialist works closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and warehouse teams to translate operational requirements into practical processes and system functionality, resolve process gaps, and support a single, standard way of working across MSS locations. This is a hands-on role combining practical Customer Service knowledge, process improvement, D365 BC support, documentation, and training.
The role will make particular use of established customer and operational knowledge to strengthen Customer Long-Term Contract (LTC) governance, maintain associated supply chain parameters in D365 BC, and support MSS's wider operational excellence agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Customer LTC & Supply Chain Parameter Governance
- Review and maintain Customer Long-Term Contracts (LTCs), ensuring that agreed customer requirements, call-off arrangements, and supply chain commitments are accurately reflected in D365 BC.
- Review and maintain the supply chain parameters associated with Customer LTCs in D365 BC, including relevant replenishment, inventory, planning, and fulfilment settings, in collaboration with the appropriate Supply Chain and Customer Service stakeholders.
- Establish a regular review cycle for LTCs and associated D365 BC parameters so that changes in customer requirements are identified, approved, and implemented promptly.
- Identify discrepancies between contractual or agreed customer requirements, operational practice, and D365 BC settings, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.
- Maintain clear supporting documentation and an audit trail for LTC reviews and approved parameter changes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
