What will your job look like?

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Procurement Planner to join Vandapower's Global Supply Chain team, based in Havant, UK. In this newly created, full-time role you give our Austin (Texas) operations dedicated support, working hours aligned with the US (13:00-21:00 UK time) and reporting to the Global Supply Chain Team Lead in Belgium. The role is on-site at the Havant office, with occasional travel to Austin and Belgium.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Purchasing & follow-up: Place and chase purchase orders, handle urgent orders locally, and keep confirmed delivery dates up to date for production.
  • Inventory & master data: Maintain stock parameters (MTO/MTS, MOQ, safety stock, forecast) and keep item data - lead times, pack sizes, suppliers - accurate in the ERP/Slim4 system.
  • Forecast & S&OP: Support a structured sales & operations planning process with the sales team.
  • Supplier management: Run annual supplier performance reviews, set onboarding requirements, and register and resolve complaints.
  • Consignment & intercompany: Manage consignment stock and coordinate intercompany shipments between Belgium and the US.
  • Sourcing & vendor accountability: Advise on sourcing for new articles and stay accountable for key vendor relationships (e.g. scrap, non-trade goods).
  • US time-zone bridge: Be the point of contact for urgent supply chain decisions when Belgium is offline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
