Overview

Supply Chain is at the heart of how Screwfix operates. Behind every product on our shelves, every customer order and every delivery is a complex network of technology and processes that needs to work seamlessly.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Product Owner - Supply Chain to take ownership of a critical product area within our growing Core Technology team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our supply chain platforms evolve, making sure they deliver real value to the business and support Screwfix as we continue to grow.

You’ll have a high level of autonomy, owning prioritization and trade-off decisions and balancing business outcomes, delivery focus, and long-term platform stability. This is a role where you’ll have genuine ownership, influence, and the opportunity to shape how we approach product ownership across enterprise technology.

You’ll create and maintain a clear product roadmap, working closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll take complex supply chain requirements and turn them into clear, value-driven outcomes, helping our teams understand not just what we’re delivering, but why it matters.

Your product area will span key parts of our supply chain, from inventory and logistics through to end-to-end flow. You’ll be helping enable scalable, efficient operations while ensuring the technology continues to support the needs of a growing business.

There’s also an opportunity to make an impact beyond your immediate product area. You’ll help strengthen product ownership across enterprise technology, improving backlog governance and driving more predictable, value-led delivery, while working with modern platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

And as our Core Technology Product Team continues to grow, you’ll be joining at an exciting point in its journey. There’s plenty still to shape, meaning your experience, ideas, and approach will genuinely help influence how the team and our product function evolve.

Flexible hybrid working: For this role, we are offering a flexible approach to hybrid working, with a minimum expectation of spending time at our Yeovil, Somerset Head Office fortnightly. As you settle into the role, you’ll spend more time with the team in person to build relationships and get to know the business, with additional travel to our Yeovil or Paddington offices as required.

What's in it for you?

  • Discretionary annual bonus up to 20%
  • 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays, 5 of which can be taken flexibly)
  • Hybrid working
  • Flexible start and end times around core working hours
  • Buy More Holiday - eligible colleagues can boost their holiday allowance by up to one extra week
  • EV Car Scheme in Partnership with Tusker - eligible colleagues can lease a brand-new or pre-loved electric vehicle
  • Up to 14% employer pension contributions
  • Life cover up to 4x your salary
  • Health cash plan and discounted gym memberships (up to 25% savings)
  • 20% discount at Screwfix and B&Q

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
