Supply Chain and Production Planning Manager
An exciting opportunity to take ownership of supply chain and production planning within an innovative and successful international agrochemical business.
This is a varied, hands-on role coordinating raw materials, procurement, contract manufacturing, and finished product supply to global markets. You'll play a central role in ensuring customer demand is met while developing systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
The Role
- Manage demand forecasting, stock levels, and materials planning.
- Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and components.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and UK contract manufacturers.
- Plan manufacturing schedules and secure production capacity.
- Coordinate international supply and support import/export processes.
- Develop and improve forecasting, inventory management, and production planning systems.

About You
We're looking for a proactive, organised supply chain professional with experience in production planning, materials management, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong planning and Excel skills
- Commercial awareness
- Confidence to coordinate multiple suppliers and stakeholders

Experience in chemicals, agrochemicals, or another manufacturing industry would be advantageous, as would knowledge of international logistics and Inward Processing Relief (IPR). A science or technical degree would also be beneficial.
