Recruitment Consultant – Supply Chain Industry

Elsdon is a leading specialist recruitment agency, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or a sales professional eager to break into the Supply Chain sector, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients within the construction industry.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles ranging from trades and labour to project management and executive positions.
- Negotiating contracts, fees, and terms of business.
- Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in recruitment (Supply Chain or technical recruitment experience is a plus).
- Confident in building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Excellent at communication and negotiation.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
