This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst based in United Kingdom.
As a Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering complex supply chain transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. Working across presales, consulting, and solution delivery, you will help organizations optimize their operations by translating business challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the design of innovative supply chain planning and execution capabilities powered by data, analytics, and AI. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on business analysis while helping shape high-impact digital transformation programs in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead and support end-to-end presales activities, including proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution design, and client presentations for supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and implementation partners to design scalable supply chain planning and execution solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, define future-state business processes, operating models, KPIs, dashboards, reporting requirements, and support testing, user acceptance, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder discussions while serving as the primary bridge between business and technology teams throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, reusable assets, service offerings, and best practices that strengthen the overall supply chain consulting practice.

Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or enterprise technology implementation.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, demand forecasting, distribution, and order management.
- Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements involving digital transformation, ERP modernization, supply chain planning, or analytics-driven initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, stakeholder management, solution documentation, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience contributing to presales activities, proposal writing, solution presentations, and business development efforts.
- Familiarity with leading supply chain platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of business analysis and analytics tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, SQL, Python, and AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
