About Earthworm

Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in global supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil.

Your Role

You will join Earthworm Foundation’s Supply Chain Solutions team to define, own, and enhance our solutions across key raw materials (including palm oil, soy, cocoa, and pulp & paper). Collaborating across the organisation and supporting our members, you will address core sustainability priorities such as supply chain traceability, deforestation-free sourcing, and grievance management. Your day-to-day role will span strategy and methodology development, high-quality delivery, process optimization, and commercial and communications support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy, Implementation and Contribution to Innovation: Help shape the future strategy and roadmap of our current and future solutions, helping bring new programs and ideas to life. Manage delivery of priority projects and activities to a high standard and on time.
  • Methodology Governance: Own the development of methodologies, decision making and definitional work for Earthworm’s solutions. Work with technical and topic experts (e.g. data teams, raw material coordinators etc) to ensure robust, consistent methodologies, and help build understanding across the organisation through training and guidance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee solution delivery and workflows, ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs that align to the solution strategy. Working closely with internal teams and using feedback from external stakeholders, proactively identify opportunities to both simplify and optimise processes, and maximise our impact.
  • Commercial, Communications & Industry Engagement: Support business development, marketing and communications, keep track of solution financials, and engage with industry groups to share learning and help shape evolving methodologies and standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
