Reporting to the Category S&OP Manager, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of Haleon's S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end S&OP and IBP analytics, delivering actionable insights and scenario evaluations to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and deliver monthly supply chain performance reporting for leadership teams, including Inventory Performance Reviews, MPR, and Budget cycles.
- Coordinate operational commentary and performance inputs from stakeholders across European markets.
- Assess and quantify trade-offs across service, inventory, capacity, cost, and cash to support balanced, value-driven decision making.
- Prepare and present inventory performance trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations within weekly operational forums and monthly governance reviews.
- Drive robust inventory governance and identify opportunities to improve inventory health and working capital performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
