Role Description
This full-time, on-site Supply Chain Specialist role at I'm a Natural® is based in Twickenham and focuses on ensuring efficient flow of materials and products across the supply chain. The specialist will coordinate purchasing, production, warehousing, and distribution activities to maintain optimal stock levels and support business goals.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Monitoring inventory
- Tracking orders
- Analyzing supply chain data
- Resolving delivery or stock discrepancies
- Updating relevant systems and reports
The role also involves:
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Contributing to process improvements that enhance service levels and reduce costs

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to coordinate end-to-end processes and support strategic planning.
- Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records, forecast demand, and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders and to provide clear, timely updates.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to supply chain performance.

Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within consumer goods or retail environments is beneficial.
Proficiency with supply chain or ERP software and strong Excel skills is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Twickenham, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail is required.
A relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
