Supply Chain Strategy Manager – Major Projects

Location: London
Working Model: Hybrid Working
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus + Package

Have you built your career working on major construction and infrastructure projects, but want greater ownership of how supply chain strategies are developed and delivered?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Tier 1 construction and infrastructure contractor at a pivotal stage of its evolution.

With new executive leadership, a refreshed strategy and significant investment in its supply chain capabilities, the business is looking for an ambitious professional to help shape its approach to delivering major UK projects.

This could be a particularly exciting move for someone from a construction or infrastructure consultancy looking to transition into industry, take greater ownership and influence projects from within a major contractor.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies supporting major construction and infrastructure programmes.
  • Work across complex projects spanning Rail, Civil Engineering, Buildings, Energy and wider Infrastructure.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and project teams to improve supply chain performance, capability and delivery.
  • Support the development of a more strategic, commercially focused supply chain function.
  • Play a key role in an exciting period of business transformation and change.

What They're Looking For

  • Strong experience across major construction or infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to public sector programmes.
  • Experience developing or delivering supply chain strategies within complex project environments.
  • Background within a construction consultancy, Tier 1 contractor or major infrastructure organisation.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts would be advantageous.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • An ambitious, proactive individual with the ideas and drive to make a genuine impact.
