Supply Chain Systems Analyst
Location: Wokingham/Maidenhead, United Kingdom - Hybrid working, 2 days a week on site
Duration: 12 month contract
Hours: 37 hours
Imagine your next project supporting our EMEA Customer Service and Distribution function as a Supply Chain Systems Analyst for Johnson & Johnson Vision, a global leader in eye health products and solutions.
Johnson & Johnson Vision, a global leader in eye health products and solutions, is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to support our EMEA Customer Service and Distribution function. This role sits within the DELIVER organisation and focuses on Order-to-Cash processes. You will act as the link between business teams and IT, supporting SAP systems, resolving issues, and improving how processes work in practice. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and is comfortable dealing with complex systems and multi-functional challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support business users in day-to-day use of SAP Order to Cash systems and business processes in EMA SAP platforms and bridge the gap between the business and IT.
- Support SAP Supply Chain systems and order to cash business processes in J&J Vision and bridge the gap between the business and IT.
- Identify areas for process improvement to streamline related process implement changes ensuring no negative impact across other business functions.
- Represent EMA Supply Chain (customer service and distribution) in multi-functional reviews of business process and systems solutions.
- Lead the co-ordination (and issue resolution) of assigned activities impacting the performance and success of the order to cash processes for EMEA Deliver function.
- Participate (or lead) in technology projects or customer experience focused initiatives as a business process specialist and SAP ERP subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with business partners on issue resolution. Take ownership of diagnosing problems, identifying and documenting root causes, raise to IT when appropriate.

Qualifications Education
- Degree qualified (BA/BS or equivalent experience)
- Business Management or supply chain focused education is preferred but not essential.
- SAP Certification is nice to have

Required:

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Build strong relationships across functions and partners effectively with business and IT teams. Communicate effectively at all levels, from informal influencing through to structured, formal communication
- Highly organised and structured. Strong planning and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Brings structure and clarity to complex work, ensuring clear tracking of actions, decisions, and progress
- Analytical mentality with focus on continuous improvement. Applies structured problem-solving approaches (e.g., root cause analysis). Identifies and drives process improvements with consideration of multi-functional impact
- Ability to manage complexity. Comfortable working with complex, end-to-end business processes. Able to understand and navigate ERP systems (SAP) and their integration points within Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience working with ERP technology (SAP) and supply chain processes (Customer Service & Distribution). Functional understanding of integration points within OTC processes (Order Management, Consignment, Billing, Customer Master, Pricing)
