đź§­ Navigating the position: Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager

The Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager will be accountable for improving current warehouse and supply chain performance, developing and recommending the future warehouse strategy, and supporting warehouse-related ERP requirements. The role will provide ongoing ownership of the end-to-end order, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, fulfilment, and invoicing-alignment processes, ensuring they are efficient, well controlled, scalable, and aligned to customer, commercial, and operational needs.

The individual will work cross-functionally, including the local warehouse stakeholders, and external logistics partners to improve current ways of working, define clear requirements for future systems and processes, and provide structured recommendations, business cases, roadmaps, and decision materials for senior

Please note this is a hybrid role and will be based in either our London office or Enfield for the Warehouse 2/3 times a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continually improve the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, well controlled, and aligned to business needs.
  • Identify and resolve process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and failure points across order management, warehouse, dispatch, inventory, and fulfilment operations.
  • Improve data quality, system integration, and information flow across ERP, CRM, warehouse, and reporting platforms to support better operational decision-making.
  • Develop, embed, and maintain standardised processes, SOPs, controls, KPIs, and performance routines that support sustainable operational excellence.
  • Develop and recommend warehouse and supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with ERP development, customer requirements, commercial objectives, and future operating model decisions.
  • Build strong cross-functional and stakeholder alignment to ensure effective delivery and ongoing accountability.

  • Supply chain optimisation or warehouse transformation
  • ERP/WMS process improvement
  • End-to-end order lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and process-mapping capability
  • Experience delivering change in operational environments
  • Ability to bridge operations, systems, and commercial teams
