Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with specific UK teaching experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- In-depth knowledge and confident implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework and phonics programmes (e.g., Read Write Inc., Little Wandle).
- Proven ability to plan, resource, and deliver an engaging, continuous provision environment that drives early literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
- Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective approach to assessing young children's learning milestones.
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
