You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.
Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
About the role
Join our Supply Future Leadership Graduate Scheme and become part of the next generation of leaders shaping how quality products reach millions of consumers around the world. Over a 2.5-year programme, you'll complete a series of rotations across our Hull and Nottingham locations, gaining exposure across multiple functions within Manufacturing, from Planning and Logistics to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Sustainability. Designed to accelerate your development, this programme will equip you with the leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and technical expertise to make a real impact from day one.
The graduate scheme will commence on 1st September 2027

The Approach
Our Supply Future Leadership Graduate Scheme is designed to provide you with broad exposure and deep insight into the world of Supply. Through a series of carefully planned rotations, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the end to end supply chain while building the skills needed to become a future leader.
- Gain hands on experience through a variety of rotational placements, each aligned to real business priorities. Every role you undertake will contribute directly to the continued success of the business, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
- Benefit from a structured development programme that equips you with the tools, knowledge, and capabilities needed to succeed. You'll take part in a range of technical, professional, and leadership training opportunities designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for future leadership roles.
- Receive ongoing support and guidance through regular development conversations with your managers and mentors. They will help you reflect on your experiences, enhance your strengths, and develop your personal leadership style.
- Build your network and broaden your business understanding through a dedicated graduate induction alongside fellow Reckitt graduates. You'll gain valuable insight into key functions across the business, including Supply, R&D, Marketing, and Finance, helping you understand how these teams work together to drive success.
The experience we're looking for
- A genuine interest in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and the processes that bring products from concept to consumer.
- A degree in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, Mathematics, or a related subject. We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing, operational excellence, or problem-solving through their academic studies and experiences.
- The confidence and resilience to lead and influence others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and embrace change with a positive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning, a passion for continuous improvement, and the drive to challenge yourself in a dynamic and evolving industry.
