As Part of the Supply Team
You will join a high-performing Supply team at the heart of delivering their brands to consumers. Throughout the scheme, you'll gain hands-on experience across Customer Supply, Demand & Supply Planning, and Warehouse & Logistics, partnering with teams across the business to drive performance and solve real-world challenges.
From day one, you'll be empowered to contribute ideas, influence decisions, and take ownership of meaningful projects. You'll develop the commercial, analytical, and leadership skills needed to create value for consumers, customers, and Reckitt, while building the foundations for a successful career in Supply.
As a Supply Future Leader, you will:
- Partner with teams across the business to influence operational and commercial decisions.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and support the delivery of exceptional service to customers and consumers.
- Contribute to demand and supply planning activities, helping to balance availability, cost, and efficiency across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with teams across Customer Supply, Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing to keep products moving efficiently from factory to shelf.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives that improve performance, optimize processes, and create value for consumers, customers, and Reckitt.
- Use data, technology, and analytical thinking to improve decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Build the commercial, operational, and leadership skills needed to accelerate your career and become a future Supply leader.

Scheme Structure
On the Supply Future Leadership Scheme, you will be working at the beating heart of operations, with your projects entirely business-focused. On the three-year programme, you will gain experience in multiple areas of commercial supply to give you a well-rounded knowledge. You will rotate around the following three areas:
- Year 1: Customer Supply
- Year 2: Supply Planning
- Year 3: Warehouse & Logistics
Each rotation gives you experience of different areas of Reckitt and of Supply. Throughout the programme, you'll grow the mindset, skills, and behaviours that define great leaders at Reckitt: Thinking Big, Delivering Bigger; Teaming Up to Go Fast; Building to Last; and Doing the Right Thing Always.
What We Are Looking For
- A recent or 2027 graduate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an interest in using data to make informed decisions.
- Commercially curious, with an enthusiasm for understanding consumers, customers, and the drivers of business performance.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a growth mindset and a desire to build a successful career within a FTSE-listed global organisation.
- Confident in building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to achieve shared goals.
- Proactive and accountable, taking ownership of challenges and demonstrating the drive to turn ideas into action.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate change with confidence.
- Passionate about Reckitt's brands and purpose, with an appreciation of the impact their products have on consumers around the world.
- Able to apply analytical thinking in a business setting. While previous Supply Chain experience or an internship is not required, any exposure to Supply, Operations, Logistics, or a commercial environment would be beneficial.

Please Note
- An Assessment Centre will be held in January 2027.
- Start date will be Monday, 6th September 2027.
- This role will be based at their office in Slough, Berkshire, so you would need to be comfortable commuting to this location regularly. They operate on a dynamic working schedule, and you can expect to work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.
