Our Drinks Equipment Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career with one of the world's leading FMCG businesses. Designed for ambitious graduates, this programme combines hands-on operational experience and structured development to help you build expertise across drinks operations around the Island of Ireland, warehouse management, asset maintenance, and continuous improvement.
The programme is designed to develop the operational, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to deliver exceptional customer service and drive efficiency across our logistics network. Whether your ambition is to lead warehouse operations, improve logistics processes, manage field-based equipment operations, or drive strategic improvement initiatives, you'll gain the experience, capability, and confidence needed to build a successful career.
What You Can Expect
Diverse Rotational Experience
Over two years, you'll complete three structured rotations across key areas of our Drinks Equipment function across IOI. This includes working across the island also with customers focusing on Warehouse Operations, Asset Care Planning and Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Distribution. These rotations will provide broad exposure to the drinks equipment operation, helping you understand how one of the Island of Ireland’s most extensive and varied drinks equipment from fountain machines to coolers are planned, maintained, and delivered efficiently to our customers while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and operational excellence.
Each rotation combines practical experience, focused skills development, and involvement in high-impact business projects, giving you the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas, solve real business challenges, and make a meaningful contribution from day one.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.
You will:
- Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
- Hold (or be working towards) a relevant third-level qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related discipline
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be naturally curious and motivated to improve processes and performance
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
- Be willing to spend time in operational environments, including warehouse and field-based operations across the island
- Hold a full, clean driving licence

Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Application & Introductory Interview
Submit your application and participate in a short screening interview.
Stage 2: Assessment Centre
Join us for an engaging in-person assessment experience where you'll:
