Our Quality, Safety & Environment Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career with one of the world's leading FMCG businesses. What You Can Expect
Diverse Rotational Experience
Over two years, you'll complete three structured rotations across key areas of our Quality, Environment, Health & Safety functions, in areas such as Environmental Sustainability, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, and Risk Management. Providing you with a broad exposure to the systems and processes that protect our people, products, consumers, and environment.
Each rotation combines practical experience, focused skills development, and involvement in high-impact business projects, giving you the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas, solve real business challenges, and make a meaningful contribution from day one.
Learning & Development
Continuous learning is at the heart of our programme. Alongside on-the-job experience, you'll participate in a structured development curriculum designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.
You will:
- Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
- Hold (or be working towards) a relevant third-level qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Sustainability, Engineering, Quality Management or another related discipline
- Demonstrate a strong interest in quality, sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be naturally curious and motivated to improve processes and outcomes
- Have an interest in data-driven decision-making
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferably hold a full, clean driving licence

Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Application & Introductory Interview
Submit your application and participate in a short screening interview.
Stage 2: Assessment Centre
Join us for an engaging in-person assessment experience where you'll:
- Take part in individual and team-based exercises
- Meet other graduate candidates
- Complete a competency-based interview

Stage 3: Final Interview
