With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester.
Location: Morrisons Head Office, Bradford, UK.
We are recruiting for a Supply Implant to support our joint supply chain initiatives by fostering collaborative relationships with one of our key customers. You will be a supply chain specialist responsible for enhancing the customer experience through the development of joint supply chain business plans and the resolution of service-impacting issues.
Acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and PepsiCo Supply Chain, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen collaboration, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the Role
This role requires end-to-end portfolio management of all Walkers and Quaker products listed with the customer. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships, while owning all demand planning and fulfilment requirements through the effective use of the customer's in-house systems.
Key Stakeholder Interactions
- 80% External
- Based at the customer's office four days per week.
- Primary point of contact for all customer supply and demand-related requirements.
- 20% Internal
- Reporting to the Customer Collaboration Manager.
- Working closely with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Maximise in-store availability, align inbound service performance (OTIF), and optimise customer stockholding levels against agreed targets.
- Own the OTIF performance measure between PepsiCo and customer systems, identifying variances and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage baseline forecasts across all products and accurately forecast promotional activity, including WIGIGs and range changes.
- Resolve failed orders, manage risks to promotional activity, provide timely stakeholder feedback, and oversee inventory replenishment systems.
- Utilise customer systems and tools to analyse sales trends, improve forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities to remove supply chain bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Commercial, and Field teams, as well as external customer stakeholders.
- Support the Customer Collaboration Lead in facilitating Joint Supply Planning (JSP) meetings, including 30/60/90-day reviews.
- Assist with key business projects focused on improving ordering, delivery efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer's promotional calendar and ensure forecasts align with agreed timelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, processes, and ways of working.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships while balancing the needs of both organisations.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance the needs of internal and external partners.
