Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix & BBC.
Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.

The Role
We're looking for a Supply Lead to own Togather's supply base end to end: strategy, growth, quality and the commercial value it delivers. Reporting to our CCO, you'll lead the charge behind our 2.5x live food growth target and owning our full Supply base across both our Marketplace offering and Live, supporting in the winning and retaining of tier-one festival and stadia accounts through differentiated, creative supply, as well as maintaining Supply Liquidity and continuing to champion us as a leader in the industry.
The role will involve:
- Owning supply strategy, KPIs and base health, reporting straight to the C-suite
- Growing booked suppliers and earnings per supplier through a curated, well-managed base
- Building regional depth to fulfil private events and stadia beyond London and the South East
- Leading our hero and exclusive supplier partnerships, and creative concepts at Tier 1 festivals
- Acting as key account manager for major suppliers, driving retention and growth
- Championing AI-first workflows across onboarding, vetting and compliance
- Owning supply-side risk: non-attendance, churn and quality
- Leading and growing the supply team
Requirements
You'll be commercially sharp, relationship-led, and comfortable owning numbers. As a guide, you'll have:

- Senior supply, partnerships or commercial leadership experience, ideally in food & beverage, hospitality, events or a marketplace business
- A strong food & beverage network and a genuine eye for quality and creative concepts
- A track record of winning and retaining tier-one accounts
- Calm, organised leadership through periods of rapid growth
