Job Title: Supply Operations Lead

Location: Lowry Mill
Reports to: COO

Job Overview:

This role is for someone who thrives on keeping stock, suppliers, and fulfilment running like clockwork. As Supply Operations Lead, you'll be the person accountable for making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, that our suppliers deliver on their commitments, and that orders flow smoothly from planning through to fulfilment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving IoT business, and it suits someone who's naturally organised, commercially minded about stock value, and comfortable owning a process end-to-end. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to keep supply reliable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Planning & Purchasing

  • Own stock planning to ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time, with value kept under control.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, including performance, lead times, and delivery reliability.
  • Apply structured purchasing decisions that balance stock availability against cost and cash tied up in inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and flag risks before they become problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
